Biography

Born in Israel, I graduated with an Honors Degree from the Rubin Academy of Music in Tel Aviv. Presently I am finishing my Masters Degree studies at the Jerusalem Academy of Music, under the instruction of Soprano Larisa Tetuev.

During my studies I appeared as Arminda in Mozart’s ‘La Finta Giardiniera’.

Today I'm a singer in Meitar Opera Studio of the Israeli Opera. I appeared as a soloist and member of the ensemble in the Gala Concert for the inauguration of the Jerusalem Opera, and have also performed at a large number of concerts and recitals in Israel and worldwide.

In addition to appearing in the world of concert-halls, I also love to perform for private Events. From the start of my career I have performed at weddings, bar- and bat-mitzvah parties, birthday parties, conferences, ceremonies and other special occasions. I’ve had the great honor of being ‘the cherry on the cake’ at a large number of events, and have had the privilege of giving people pleasure and touching their hearts.  As I adore all kinds of music, my repertoire ranges over a broad field of genres - allowing me to offer everyone something that is meaningful for them.

In addition to my occupation as a singer, I have also been a Singing & Voice Teacher for over ten years. I was one of the founders of the Vocal Department at the Sapir Center for Music & Dance in Kfar Saba, and taught at the Music Conservatories in Rosh Ha’Ayin and in Herzliya. Presently, I teach at my private studio in Givat Shmuel.

My musical route started out in the Li-Ron Children’s Choir in Herzliya, conducted by Ronit Shapira, and piano lessons at the Arison Conservatory of Music in Tel Aviv. In the IDF I served as an “Outstanding Musician” and appeared as a soloist at many national events, both in Israel and in the USA.

Between 1999 - 2004 I participated regularly in the International Opera Workshop in Tel Aviv, under the artistic direction of Joan Dornemann (Metropolitan Opera, New York). As part of this workshop I performed in a variety of operatic productions, concerts and master classes.

From 2004 - 2007 I studied with teachers of the International Opera Workshop in Berlin. During that period I also appeared in various theaters in Germany, amongst which the Hans Otto Theater in Potsdam, and the Jewish Theater in Berlin. I also had the opportunity of performing and officiating at events on behalf of the Jewish Agency and the Jewish community in Berlin.

Along my musical path I received scholarships from the Ministry of Absorption (encouraging Artists who are returning-residents), the International Vocal Arts Institute (IVAI), and the America-Israel Cultural Foundation.
